Normally I wouldn't bother writing a review for bad service. The problem with this company is that not only did I have bad customer service once, I had it on numerous occasions, by at least 3 different people. I kept giving this company the benefit of the doubt because I do believe that mistakes happen and we are only human. After they rescheduled numerous times, never showed or called, showed up late at other times, and left my premises without even telling me what was wrong with my pool, I've had it with believing that this was just an anomaly. Not to mention when requesting my initial payment back, I was given such 'push back' regardless that the diagnosis on the pool was inaccurate. We are fortunate to have the power to choose where we do business. The choice is yours. I will not pour my hard earned money into a company that I just can't rely on. How would I ever be able to count on the end result....if it had ever gotten there? I choose to go elsewhere where customer service is primary.
